Thu 1 Jan Buoyancy and Trim - date TBC workshop This workshop is a must for anyone at any stage in their diving, and a must for anyone wanting to do ADP. Get your weighting right, work on your trim and ascent rates. You'll be given an official rating at the end (gold is the min standard for ADP).
